[Product Characteristics]
This product is gray and black powder, a little damp for containing liquid substance. After adding CL-J grinding aid, it enhances yield greatly, saves dosage and increase using rate of waste scrap. In addition, it can eliminate cement grain static and improve cement powder fluidity. Besides, it reduces mucosity problem for long term storage so that to debase production cost and enhance cement quality and output. Tested by lots of industrial trial and real production, this product has obvious effect on mixed materials such as scoria, zeolite, coal ash powder and eruption. So it fits for Portland cement which uses for mixing lots of materials. This product stays in the leading position in domestic and accords with U.S. ASTMC-465 standard, and abides by the latest requirements of cement grinding aid standard JC/T667-2004 released by PRC Construction Industry. - Improve cement invariability, enhance cement rate surface area. After adding this product, it can enlarge surface area of cement rate, optimizes cement grain grade, and reduces over grinding. In addition, it can decrease heat and content of F-CA0 and F-MG0 in cement so that to improve cement invariability.
- Enhance cement intension grade. After adding this product, it improves intension of pressure resistance and break resistance during 3-28 days.
- Decrease cement production cost. After appending this product for 0.8-1.0%, it reduces 10-20% dosage of cement and maintains the same intension grade so that to achieve saving cost.
- Boost cement grinder yield. This product has good effect for grinding. The yield of cement grinder can enhance 1 ton/set after adding this product. 1 ton of cement can save electricity energy for 4-10KW/H.

- Comparison between shaft kiln clinker and rotary kiln clinker
For cement plant that apply shaft kiln clinker, clinker range can be reduced for 12%-20%
* Shaft kiln clinker average intension about 45-50MPA in 28 days, can reduce clinker for 15%-20% for experiment
* Shaft kiln clinker average intension about 45-45MPA in 28 days, can reduce clinker for 12%-18% for experiment
For cement plant that apply shaft kiln clinker, clinker range can be reduced for 10%-20%
* Shaft kiln clinker average intension about 45-55MPA in 28 days, can reduce clinker for 12%-20% for experiment
* Shaft kiln clinker average intension about 45-50MPA in 28 days, can reduce clinker for 10%-15% for experiment
- Choose coal slag and coal ash to replace cement clinker. It also can mix two or more than two kinds of composite materials, but added inertia composite material should not over 10%. If enlarge slag dosage or increase moisture, it would reduce grinder yield.
- Fineness of powder in each group should be consists with the fineness in original plant (below 4.0). There should not be too much error so that to make comparison.
[ Using Method ] Add 0.8-1.0% of this product. Mix it with clinker, composite material, gypsum together for grinding. It’s better to put this product in cement belt (balance) or feeding machine with closed grinder and near to feeding exit as close as possible. For reduced clinker proportion, enterprise can affirm it according to clinker quality and cement control. Adopt plastic textile in packing, transportation and storage.
